Marbella municipality has around 30 Km from end to end , and for sure, the time to travel through depends on speed.
Because of the great rates of visitors, too often there are plenty of traffic jams and very few parking places in the center of Puerto Banus, being so very dificult and expensive to get by car to the beaches and activity area.
So ask for the exact distances before booking!!
